Thank you for supporting our small business! Each item is carefully designed and packed with love. As a small brand, we do not accept refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.
However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we're here to help.
No Refunds or Returns
Due to the nature of our products and our limited production scale, all sales are final. We are unable to accept refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection
- Minor imperfections due to the handmade or small-batch nature of our items
Please double-check all product descriptions, sizes, and photos before purchasing.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a clear defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
- Email us at: hello@kokomica.com
We'll do our best to resolve the issue - this may include a replacement or other solution at our discretion. We may not be able to assist after the 7-day window has passed.
No Return Address
Please note: we do not provide a return address at this time, as we operate from a private studio. If a return is approved due to a defective item, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
